I liked Fran added some stories and humour to the course. First aid courses can be made by the trainer. I found Fran to be very knowledgeable and able to answer questions. I have multi additional needs and Fran and the organisers couldn't do enough to help and support me so thank you all very much.

Was very time preasured, but enjoyed.

All in all it's been a teaching day of training and I feel much more equipped to help in emergencies. One comment, some candidates participating in the course may well be doing first aid for the first time, or there may be people with anxiety/other invisible disabilities, in which case communication styles may be required to be adjusted.

Course was very fast paced with a lot of content to cover in one day. Very informative but would have been good to have a bit more time to take note from the slides.

It was a good course with lots of knowledge. I did however feel nervous and under pressure doing the test.

Very informative, Frans was engaging and easy to listen to! Good explanations and clear instructions when demonstrating activities such as CPR. Overall great course!

Tutor was knowledgable and enthusiastic. A good introduction to first aid.
