The course is informative and the trainer Frans has a great way of teaching.

There was slot of information given but not to overwhelming, alot of intetaction that kept me interested and alert, i didnt dip out at anytime

Really extensive course in one day with enough practical elements in it and a range of training devices (screen/flipchart/practical). Course leader was engaging and encouraging throughout.

Frans Bedford-Visser delivered clear information and guidance throughout the day. There were enough breaks to keep the mind focused. Good delivery of course content by pleasant and professional, Frans. Very worthwhile training.
