Informative. Learnt a bit more than in previous first aid courses

Good Pace, Good humour, Trainer (David) used anecdotes to help us imagine using the knowledge and skills in real life situations. Skills practised repeatedly until we really 'got' it. Definitely NOT just a box ticking exercise. Well worth attending.
