Very informative, really enjoyed the course

The trainer was fantastic and very engaging.

Very informative and interactive. On the email we received with the address of the venue, the actual street address could be added (the google map took me to waverley gate on Princes Street)

Informative, engaging, patient and pleasant.

The teaching was great, knowledgeable, dynamic, a good pace it made the day fly. I have no criticism of that, the only thing was the course material e.g. it would have been good if the practicals could have put us in a high pressure scenario somehow, maybe with the aid of VR? Also the written test, I suppose just making it harder to pass, maybe with a test some weeks later, with homework? It was very informative and I feel the things I've learned today will definitely stay with me, I hope I can get a chance to try out my new skills soon.

A very interesting day with a facilitator who had a reassuringly knowledgeable manner - able to answer any questions levelled at him! I also liked the way his experiences of first aid were utilised, to our advantage, when he highlighted aspects of our learning with first hand examples. I would add that the videos went through information very quickly - which meant I wasn't always able to note everything. Fortunately the facilitator was sensitive to this, but I thought it was with noting.

I found the trainer made the course quite fun. He explained each section very well, and answered peoples questions clearly.

Great informative. Hard to take notes when watching the videos

Aways good to update first aid never know when you will need it . Even though ive done the course several times over the years I always take something new away.

The course is very helpful, lots of useful information and efficient. It brings lots of new knowledge on how to be helpful when I have to deal with children incident such as nosebleed, minor cut or shock.
