The course was precise, understandable, accurrate and enjoyable. The trainer used a easy vocabulary for us to understand all the concepts and answered all the questions we asked. Overall and amazing experience

The course was excellent and very well run the reason I gave 3 stars for About the course was because the contents was excellent but as for the materials I really do think that the bandages you use over and over again ( which I understand why because of cost and waste ) but I really do think they could be washed, because they were filthy, and all the time on the course the trainer goes on about glove up first of all before carrying out treatment because of germs spreading etc which if that is the case surely that should go for the condition of the equipment?

Very good course Simon the trainer was great and informative on the subject of first aid and brough some fun into it. Everyone joined in and felt valued with their input overall ***** 1sr class. And I passed ✔️
The trainer was very nice and very well informed but he was very, very monotonous. I found it hard to stay awake at times during the course. Some feedback would be to insert a bit more humour and to be a little more assertive when delivering a session. We were advised at the end of the session that we would receive our certificates via email within 24 hours. However, to date I still have not received mine. Please can you tell me when this will arrive? Thanks,
