Very friendly and helpful instructor, corse was well covered and a very comfortable environment. The instructor clearly explained everything and was happy to go back over anything we were unsure about.

Trainer was professional

The course was at a university campus with no parking facilities, and I ended up getting a parking ticket. More info on parking or sorting parking feels very important

The man that delivered the course was super knowledgeable and made the learning fun while not detracting from the seriousness. I came away feeling confident that if a situation arose I would be able to deal with it. The venue was good. The course was easy to arrange.

Mick did a superb job - the course was interesting and engaging and he made sure everyone was involved. It was very clear that he had a real belief in the material he was teaching.
