It was my first emergency at work course, having done paediatric before. Always interesting and good to keep up to date

I learnt a lot and the material was very accessible and relevant. The trainer was supportive and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the day, really valuable training for the everyday working and home environment.

The Tutor was very passionate about the course and how everyone carried out 1st aid after being taught. She also demonstrated her expertise which well and this impacted well on the class. It was a brilliant session.

Karen was amazing as a trainer. She made the course fun and her style of training made it easier to remember things. Done many First Aid courses over the years but hers has got to have been the most memorable, in a very good way
