Very good trainer, took us through the class with ease and anything we did not understand he helped us too.

The course contents were well - detailed, and the trainer explained its contents thoroughly with practical examples.

The course was great, much better than some of the previous First aid courses I have attended. Barry was really engaging and he answered a wealth of questions that we all had. I came away from the course feeling much more confident in my first aid skills.

afternoon session is a bit rushed, think course should be over 2 days

The original leader phoned in sick and CEC were not clear when they picked up the message. At 9:15am approx. we were told the leader was ‘running late’ and not long after this were told the truth. Thankfully Roddie stepped in last minute and was amazing. Thank you so much. Had he not it would have been a wasted day and I would have had to book yet another day off. He stepped in and was great, clear and made the content interesting. His pace was excellent and I felt I could ask for help on both practical and physical activities. I brought in my own device issued by CEC and sadly the link to your website does not work as the council have blocked it. I ended up using my own personal device. This is no fault of GreenCross Global and you may want to let the council know.

The trainer was highly informative, clear, engaging and had an excellent approach to teaching.

Very good and well presented course. It’s a lot of content, possibly extend to 8 hours. Access to refresher notes as advised by trainer will be very helpful.
