Karen was really polite, friendly. Was really enjoyable learnt new stuff that I didn’t before l fell I have gain more confidence in first aid now.

I’ve been doing these courses for over 40 years and I found Brent to be very engaging with a style that kept the room focused on the content of the course. I also found out more with his level of knowledge than in any previous courses . I would hope in three years time I would be lucky enough to find myself on another course with Brent.

Excellent course very relaxed which l feel enables me learn better as l get very nervous in any courses. Chris Whiting has been the best first aid trainer in the 35years l have been working in this job.
