The course itself, content and trainer were great. Facilities ( sitting on a chair without a table and making notes its very not comfortable for this course) and lunch not provided when we are here from 9 till 4-5 is just poor organisation.

Iv done first aid for years but I think people who have never done it before need longer.i think you should still give out the little pouches with mouth piece and gloves in also.

Enjoyed course, Craig made feel comfortable. Online questions, assesments and results also good. Not keen on pass mark being made public to all, although Craig did stress if you don't want result verbally just to say.

Brilliant cours3 well worth attending trainer excellent friendly approach Just 2 things how do we get our certificate As need to show my clients Secondanly better parking options as it cost me £10 to pay to attend Thsnks Paul
