very good and informative

The course itself, content and trainer were great. Facilities ( sitting on a chair without a table and making notes its very not comfortable for this course) and lunch not provided when we are here from 9 till 4-5 is just poor organisation.

Iv done first aid for years but I think people who have never done it before need longer.i think you should still give out the little pouches with mouth piece and gloves in also.

Enjoyed course, Craig made feel comfortable. Online questions, assesments and results also good. Not keen on pass mark being made public to all, although Craig did stress if you don't want result verbally just to say.

Very good course, feel more confident now. Tony was fantastic and very considerate

Frans was very clear with everything and made it very simple to understand. Gave plenty of breaks and provided a no-pressure environment for any practical elements.
