Was ok

Good course, a lot to take in as first time doing it. Pleased to have done it and trainer was excellent and helped teach the skills and knowledge needed well.

The course was presented well with plenty of chances to join in team work, without being put on the spot, which made me feel more comfortable. Managed to log in to course after initial trouble. After the course felt more confident to use first aid.

The trainer was excellent. However the electronic system used to take the exam and sign in to the course was not very good at all

Very knowledgeable Trainer with a great presentation, kept you engaged all day. Shame due to Covid19 we could not do more practical exercises.

Just a pity we have covid around to get a better hands on experience.

Good - some useful tips given out which helps to remember some little things. The content for 1 day was all relevant.

A few hiccups, list of attendees wasn't available to our trainer which caused her a little confusion initially. Also, this was the first course she had conducted where the assessment was completed online and she was a little unsure of how the process worked. this had little impact on her actual training abilities though which were exemplary. Job very well done.
