Apart from the little assessment having issues, my trainer was so patient and professional, she was incredibly good at explaining things and keeping really long lectures entertaining and informative - don’t think I’ve ever made this many notes out of my own interest vs having to make notes. Will remember all the stuff covered, very much appreciated thank you for first aid training me, Zahra Kidd was amazing 🙌

Good learning experience. Disappointed that the on line element did not work for some of the candidates

The course was very well run.Diane had some interesting little stories to share to keep the interest going. She was friendly and approachable. A good refresher course.
