4 stars only due to the current covid restrictions which meant there was less practical parts to the course. I'm sure it is normally worth that 5th star
Great trainer, very informative with a good sense of humour
Trainer wasn't very good at tracking time through course. Some parts felt rushed through. Probably too many experience shares early on. Felt uncomfortable at times with his comments and views about Tesco and there 1st aid boxes and AED's.
Great course. Ran really well. Talked about life experiences which made it relatable.
