Course was great, training room floor was dirty, but other than that, all good.
The course instructor presented the material in an engaging and easily understandable manner. He obviously knows the material inside out. The practical part of the course was well instructed

Reuben was extremely professional in how he taught the course material. Kept the entire course engaged and was interactive with us all. The course had some minor changes in procedures that are yet to be updated on the slides (likely due to how recent these changes have been made), but Reuben was able to convey the most up-to-date information with the class and ensured that everyone was understanding.
Excellent course, it was a delight to be trained by Ruben, his knowledge was outstanding.
