Trainer was engaging. There was an issue with the venue and he showed determination to make sure that it did not stop the course for going ahead
Great first Aid course! Very informative and feel that I have been able to learn a lot from the day. Only negative is would benefit with having a book to take away to read up on or to use with any incidents in the future.
Pitched at right level making it easy to retain information. Repeated demonstration, also making it easy to remember. Overall enjoyable session. A booklet to take away for reference would have been useful.
The trainer, Kevin, was excellent, made the training enjoyable and straight forward. I am feeling very confident with my first aid skills now.
