really good refresher

Zara was very thorough and explained the points very well

Lucy is a fantastic,well presented trainer. She taught us much and in great detail along with her props . Lucy has a lovely personality and held a very strong importances for me becoming a first aider. I feel very confident now Thank you Lucy and thank you green cross .
