Very knowledgeable and engaging, good relatable examples.
Extremely engaging Trainer and the course content was very interesting and comprehensive. Frans very interesting and kept attention really well. Green Cross videos a tad repetitive and lack of practical demonstrations due to Covid slightly hampering the experience but great session overall.
A bit too much reputation, and more practical work would be good.
An informative day and one that i hopefully won't have to put into practise too often.

Information was very informative and easy to understand. Kev the trainer made me feel completely at ease and relaxed meaning i retain more information
