Helen was engaging and friendly with plenty of anecdotes. She kept the pace of the course well whilst engaging all the participants and making sure everyone was comfortable and had good understanding before moving on to the next module. The course content is tailored to Sainsburys so covers all areas candidates need to cover. As always green cross training materials are excellent

The course was absolutely brilliant, mostly because of the lovely trainer - Leila. She is very passionate about the topic and managed to keep the group engaged until the very end of the training. Leila was thorough but at the same time kept uplifting the mood in the room from the get go, which helped the group of strangers feel more relaxed and cooperate with each other. Thank you.

The course was good BUT as a First Aid training company I was appalled that you did not request that ALL participants AND the trainer were not required to take a lateral flow test on the morning of the day they we were due on the training course. I have a progressive lung disease and catching COVID could be catastrophic for me (as per Papworth's written notification of this due to the poor state of my lungs). The room was smaller than on previous courses and no one could avoid being relatively close to one another. Not what I expect from your organisation and had I caught COVID on the course, I would not have been able to go on my holiday tomorrow to Spain. I wore a mask the whole day but no one else did.

4 stars only due to the current covid restrictions which meant there was less practical parts to the course. I'm sure it is normally worth that 5th star
