The trainer did really well in a small room

trainer had great knowledge, the restrictions on equipment being used due to covid did hamper the learning, which i thought the trainer done well in overcoming. the power points seemed to be to general and not specific enough to an office based situation.

Trainer was fab, made the course flow nicely and easily explained all details in a way that was easy to understand. Course informative and provided all relevant information

Course was good, trainer was good - relaxed atmosphere, easy to ask Qs & gave some real life examples to put into context. Which was great! Content was Great.

Extremely engaging Trainer and the course content was very interesting and comprehensive. Frans very interesting and kept attention really well. Green Cross videos a tad repetitive and lack of practical demonstrations due to Covid slightly hampering the experience but great session overall.
