Great course, Kay's delivery of the course was very informative with plenty of examples from personal and colleagues experiences. She kept it very light and positive with plenty of laughs under the circumstances. I would recommend the course and Kay for delivery!!

Enjoyed this course, trainer was very efficient and all content was presented clearly. It was intense as we did it in just one day, however, we had short breaks which cut the day into chunks. Very good, and would do this course again in one day.
