Very good informative course professionally presented.
The room was really cramped and stuffy. Some bits felt rushed. It was ok for me as I was on a refresher, but for people who were first timers it could probably do with being a little more in depth
I thought the course was taught very well and I had a good understanding of the first aid when I left.
Lot of useful information but was given no course notes so not much chance of remembering much of it.
I enjoyed the course ,and the trainer made sure everyone got involved.
