great course very enjoyable and learnt so much would recommend

The course was very interesting and very insightful. I had expected a one-day course to be a bit overwhelming with information but it wasn’t at all. Andy made the course very enjoyable and made things very clear, asking at each step whether anybody had any questions.

Course was what I expected but the trainer was able to keep us engaged and enjoying learning

The course was well run and covered all the major incidents in a practical and easy to understand way.

Trainer was fab very knowledgable and kept the course interesting.
