Really engaging and enjoyable, Frans spoke clearly and was a genuinely interesting guy. The only downfall was the overuse of PowerPoint but I could not suggest a better way of displaying the information. Thanks Frans!

Amazing training and a better Knowledge of first aid and dealing with any Cardiac issues. how to use the defibrillator and where to put the pads was a bit of a shock.. Not like TV....... the trainer was great and very knowledgeable and understanding in our questions... Thank you

The tutor kept everyone fully engaged and was very informative. Also had the right level of interaction and slides to keep everyone alert and interested.
