Theory was excellent but would have liked some more practical experience eg. applying triangular bandages and dressing wounds.
Mick was very knowledgeable and provided the course in an entertaining way which made the material easy to learn.
We covered everything in detail; considering it was only 1 day!!! It was a good refresher course for me and I felt confident with new updates relating to being a first aider.
Dawn was excellent. She was a really good balance of informative and friendly, providing us with useful real-life stories alongside practical demonstrations and clear explanations. I feel I have retained everything that we discussed and feel confident should I be in a situation that required me to use this training. The course was also completely on time and tea/lunch breaks were spot on time - very appreciated in a work setting.
The course was very thorough and covered all aspects of emergency first aid procedures. The trainer was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the aspects of the course and took time to make everyone feel welcome and included. The nature of the training was not "heavy handed", but was brought about in a way in which I felt completely comfortable with everything. Any questions asked were always fully answered. If the trainer was leading any other first aid course, I would happily sign up for it.

Great tutor and amazing lesson overall. Only one or two technical issues, but they were sorted immediately. I would say to add more safety techniques on the course such as dealing with those who are drunk and passed out and can be violent
