The instructor was great the way he put the content over made it stick in. Very much an improvement on the course from 4 years ago Had a full on first aid call 2 days later and was congratulated by a doctor on scene for my knowledge on first response 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My first time learning first aid. Learnt a lot and 100%more confident then I was . The teacher was really nice and helpful.

Best course I had taken trainer was brilliant

The only things missing, in my opinion, are what to do in the event of eye washing and potentially broken fingers, as these are two things that could occur in a supermarket with freezer doors, and bottles bursting.

Nice relaxed course good trainer

Very lovely trainer, spoke well and was very interesting to listen to. Answered any questions I had and always ensured to correct me/us when we were doing practical things. He’s made the course so enjoyable and presented in such a great way that it definitely has made me more confident in providing first aid as he demonstrated and explained everything so well.

I thought that the course was very informative and helpful for me at my place of work.

Spoke clearly and keep it clear and light was really friendly felt relaxed
