I was well informed and kept busy. Very interesting and useful information!

Lack of digital facilities to deliver assessment. No council Wi-Fi, my council device had the website blocked.

Plenty of equipment as we're o other course there's not been enough the trainer was interactive which was good

The trainer was excellent no question was a problem and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed

The course and trainer were both excellent. The IT was shockingly bad when it came to registration. I've received my certificate by e-mail and it won't download so I can't print it.

It was very informative Karl answered all our questions he kept it interesting and light so that we as a group were more interested in what he had to teach throughly enjoyed the course highly recommend Karl

The trainer (Matt) was excellent, his pace was good his information was clear, delivered well and he was completely approachable if I had any questions. The course content was good for basic first aid at work. It is spread out across the day well- so that there are no periods where we felt rushed or alternatively hanging about.
