I wasn't really looking forward to doing this course but this was fast paced and informative. The trainer was very good and a good teacher, very engaging. The day went really quickly and I feel I learnt a lot. Definitely recommend.

Mick delivered the course excellently. He was professional, very knowledgable and made the learning fun! I really enjoyed the course and feel more confident in First Aid.

Trainer was very good, delivered a lot of information in a very engaging and interesting way. He managed to make the course fun and informative whilst simultaneously managing to reinforce how serious and important first aid knowledge is for everyone.

This was actually the best first aid course I have attended, the trainer kept the interest throughout and I actually remember a lot of the things nearly a week later - which is great as often I come out of these days and I find it has gone straight out of my head. I think the trainer used a good balance of visual aids, and actual practice. The content of the course was absolutely perfect both for my role and every day life.
