Really good course covering the basics with lots of practical modules including cpr, mouth to mouth, using a defibrillator, dressing wounds and trying bandages.

Brilliant course. Guy really bought out the importance of first aid as well as keeping it light hearted. Really learned a lot.

The course was great, updated my already stored information.

Attended for my refresher after having my previous certification. Felt very comfortable with the trainer and was a good mix of info and practical group activities. The trainer Helen presented with a slideshow but told us more up to date info and gave demos along the way. She also checked in with each group when practicing. Travelled up from Colchester as this course is no longer available more locally to me but venue was very comfortable during one of the hottest days of the year. The digital sign up caused difficulties for those in the group who weren’t as tech savvy so this did waste a good 45 mins at the start getting everyone signed up and having to take turns for the trainer to sign us off after taking the online quiz.
