Very informative. Feel I have gained more knowledge and understanding in how to deal with scenarios should they present themselves.

The course was great I learnt so much - trainer was amazing and really kept the course alive!

Sue was lovely and taught the key areas of first aid very well.

Karen is brilliant at teaching and demonstrating. I have learned so much in one day.

Apart from the little assessment having issues, my trainer was so patient and professional, she was incredibly good at explaining things and keeping really long lectures entertaining and informative - don’t think I’ve ever made this many notes out of my own interest vs having to make notes. Will remember all the stuff covered, very much appreciated thank you for first aid training me, Zahra Kidd was amazing 🙌

Good learning experience. Disappointed that the on line element did not work for some of the candidates

Was a lot of info but spaced breaks helped
