Very enjoyable course. Instuctor was engaging. I feel far more confident than before and i have already complete this training 4 years ago. Frans kept the course flowing well with breaks and humour

Great clear and guided course. Feel refreshed with confidence in using 1st Aid should I need to. The trainer was very clear and helpful in his delivery, making it a relaxed learning environment.

The trainer was very enthusiastic which kept the training interesting, their was enough breaks and a mix of videos practical and theory work which made the course more interesting
