Learnt a lot

Really detailed course that covered all that I would have expected it to. Great use of examples throughout from trainer to help make topics in the course real and relatable

It was a really great course and really interactive and not dull. The trainer was engaging and really passionate about her role. The information light hearted at times but when needed she really hit messages home. The only let down was we had to wait in lobby for a while as the course had not been paid for and also the course website for end assignment was extremely slow and prevented people from leaving on time. Again though the timings were brilliant and the trainer kept to time scales, and didn't bore people with powerpoint. Emma is a great asset to the training provider.

Comprehensive and a good mix of practical and information. Trainer was very clear in explanation and engaged well with participants.
