Trainer should have a neutral opinion regarding vaccination. Not an appropriate discussion on a first aid course. Afternoon session was chaotic and rushed. Some things skipped over and not explained well.

Very informative, delivered at a good pace. Given time to ask questions. Frans is an excellent trainer.

The course was pitched at the right speed to enable understanding.

I found this course was very educational and the trainer (Franz) was able to present the information in a fun and enjoyable manner. The group i was with were very friendly and helpful too which improved this training experience
