l don’t get the purpose of this training when we do the same with mandatory training which involves manual handling and cpr , am glad the trainer was entertaining otherwise
Attendees particularly value the trainers’ practical expertise, clear explanations and lively, approachable style, which keeps sessions engaging and encourages questions and participation. They say demonstrations and hands-on practice with hoists, slide sheets and other equipment build confidence and make the learning relevant to real care settings, while the pre-course theory supports the practical day. The course is seen as well structured and informative, although experienced staff often find the full day repetitive.
