I found the online training a little disjointed.
Felt like a good day off for me. Not only the instructor made the training informative, he also made sure that it was light and fun. Overall, two thumbs up for both the course and the instructor.
I really enjoyed the Manual Handling course and found it informative and engaging. I particularly enjoyed the practical side and being able to participate. Mathew explained everything clearly, and I came away feeling more confident and refreshed in my knowledge.
