This course, as a refresh for people who already have experience in "manual and handling" to be just half day only for practicing, because the theory and assessment it is online on e-learning. Is to much 9 hours. For beginners it is perfect 9 hours. Hopefully my advice will be noted.

The course could have been a half day for a refresher course but a full day for beginners is what I would recommend.

Insightful and knowledgeable content of the material learnt today. Trainers is amazing as he has encouraged interaction and engagement throughout. Also, willing to go over anything which needed clarity. Overall really enjoyed gained immeasurably knowledge.
