Bigger room needed, another hoist would be useful, less people maximum of 12 I found 18 too much
Best training course I've possibly ever been on. Martin, the course instructor, was very engaging, informative, friendly and encouraging. Enjoyed how dynamic and practical orientated it was - lots of hands on practice. Some equipment missing - full length transfer board would have been good learning material.
Apart from the hoist drained battery that slowed the process quite a bit, the training course was very good and informative.
Venue is nice but we could do with a bigger room.
