I didn’t feel the course was relevant to the title. We didn’t learn much about Oliver McGowan and the young lady who came on in the after who has self diagnosed her own autism spent the afternoon talking about herself and her options and how things should be, nothing to do with why we were there at all. It also could have been done over teams as our small group had to travel from Blackpool which is a journey in itself

The training was brilliant. I just felt that the content and illustrations were relevant and practical in delivery of care. The trainer's tone and pitch were fantastic.

I found it interesting listening to the co-presenters personal experiences. I enjoyed listening to other peoples jobs and views and sharing my experiences working with children with special needs.
