I feel like there should be more practical parts about how it can be managed on a day to day. Practical skills. I enjoy relating it to people's experiences but need hands on teaching that can be implemented.

Poor organisation from the company Really poor communicating Trainer that meant to visit and we were sent photo off did not arrive and was replaced by someone else Receive last minute email about course time change Trainer that arrived said they were only contacted about the course night before Trainer arrived with the dog without checking if that's OK Slides are out of date 2016 data on the slides Trainer said that they pointed out mistakes in the slides but they have not been updated Videos in the slides were skippe and Trainer said they were awful so we did not see them, what the point of putting them in the slides Lack of resources ie I've been emailedd night before to say that Trainer has no projector

Overall, I recognise the importance of this topic and the value of ensuring staff receive consistent training. However, as I already have a strong level of knowledge in this area, I did not gain any new learning or insights from the session. I felt that a significant amount of the content, particularly the videos, would have been better incorporated into the e-learning. The videos accounted for over an hour of the face-to-face session, and the first 20-minute video featuring Paula had already been included in the e-learning, making it repetitive. For me, the greatest value of face-to-face training is the opportunity to hear lived experiences, engage in discussion, and explore real-world application. Much of the session involved working through slides and watching videos, which could have been completed independently beforehand. While I appreciate the importance of including people with lived experience in the delivery of this training, I felt this aspect could have been used more effectively. A face-to-face session provides an excellent opportunity to expand beyond the slides, encourage meaningful discussion, and share personal insights that add depth and context to the learning experience.

Delivery was really good. Kieran especially. However the actual course/ slides are really disappointing. Pictures are inappropriate at times, poorly laid out, seem to act as time fillers and just don’t make sense in terms of wording, i’d like to think if something is being made compulsory and across the board it would be of a high quality.

This was no better than the first course online. It was a repeat with live trainers.

First part of the training was not good at all. The second part was great.

The trainers did their best, really good, couldn't imagined Reuben could deliver that way. I believe that training should have been online like tier 1, have hand-out to be able to go through later.
