The training was helpful and will help me improve my skills and how to support my service users.

Overall training was good

Training was delivered extremely well by Amy and her colleagues. She has great knowledge and really life experiences which is so important for this training. The importance of this is comes across from Amy. The NHS videos unfortunately let it down as they are not true to life they have made mistakes over the years and they need to except that maybe putting in good practice and poor practice as this give a false impression. Everything else was absolutely amazing thank you amy

An engaging and well-delivered training session with useful content and good interaction. The day was well organised and the venue was excellent. Some improvement could be made to the clarity of the handouts, but overall a very positive experience.
