We had the training which is very helpful and we learned a lot of things which we didn’t knew before.

The Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training was very eye-opening and helped me better understand how to support people with autism and learning disabilities. I learned effective communication techniques, the importance of person-centred care, and how to make reasonable adjustments to meet individual needs. I will apply the knowledge gained from this training to improve the support I provide in my role.
