Was really great, and insightful and respectful
The course was very interesting and was very interactive. Andra made the course as open and interactive, she accepts ideas from trainees positively.
I thoroughly enjoyed the training and learnt so much. It would be helpful to add the videos back as they would have helped with real life role plays for us to learn better. Something to reconsider and I would have undestood better with visual support
The trainer has knowledge of the topic but there were no videos or handout
