This is the second time I have attended training delivered by Andra Al Hammouri, and once again she exceeded expectations. Her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to engage participants make the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. She creates a supportive environment, encourages participation, and ensures everyone understands the material.
