This was basically an LD and Autism course. It had nothing to do with Oliver McGowan. I have taken courses such as this numerous times throughout my career in health & social care. I didn’t need to do it again. The videos were too quiet to be able to even adequately hear. The trainer said it’s always like this. Nothing looked into to in the past to improve this situation or for future courses. The co-trainers were a let down too. The morning one spoke so fast he couldn’t be understood, then during one of the videos he decided to sit there and eat a packet of crisps! It was hard enough to hear the videos without him doing that. The afternoon co-trainer I struggled to understand due to his strong accent. I’m sorry to be so negative but this is what feedback is for. Unless people are honest and tell you the truth, you can never improve.
