I have had a very positive experience working with Les. He is supportive, approachable, and always willing to help whenever I need guidance or assistance. His encouragement and willingness to share his knowledge have helped me build my confidence and develop my skills. I value his support and appreciate the positive impact he has had on my professional development.

My experience with Deere has been great. I really enjoy the way it is set up an the support available for me with my course, so much so that we had another person completing the same qualification move from another provider because they were not as good. Les has been great, he is always available and I enjoy the 1:1's as well as the masterclasses which is all down to Les. All of the content of the course has been relevant to my role, Les has been able to support with allocating tasks in line with what I have been currently doing in my role which has helped a lot and I have ben able to learn and put into practice so many different elements from the course.

Les is a great tutor, he is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. Every session has been engaging, well-structured, and tailored to help me understand even the most challenging topics. Les has made such a positive impact on my learning journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for all his support. Five stars without hesitation!

Her knowledge, patience, and ability to challenge me to think critically played a significant role in helping me achieve a distinction. Louise consistently provided constructive feedback and created a supportive learning environment that inspired me to perform at my best. She has been an outstanding tutor and mentor, and I am truly grateful for her commitment to my success. I would also like to thank Catherine for her support with the end point. Her calm approach helped me feel confident and reassured during the final stages, and I am very appreciative of her help. I love Jane. I look forward to my sessions, I'm excited to engage in masterclasses, and I feel like Jane's tutoring style really aligns with me personally. I'll happily share with Jane these comments even if they're anonymised. I have two neurodevelopmental conditions - Autism and ADHD, and they can pose interesting challenges when it comes to learning and education for a variety of reasons, and so far, although short, through my time working with Jane, I've never found a problem we can't solve together

I have enjoyed the course overall, Louise and Catherine have been amazing and have answered any questions i have had in a very timely manner. The support i have had has contributed to me passing

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time throughout the course. A big part of this was down to Louise, when I first started the course I wanted to withdraw as I didn't think I could do it. Louise listened and has been a driving force in my development / confidence and I cannot thank her enough for getting me the end with a distinction!
