About this course
The Senior Leader Apprenticeship is ideally suited for middle and senior level leaders moving into a more senior or strategic manager role. This can include a mix of management roles such as Senior Managers, General Managers, Section and Department Leaders, Executives, Directors, Partners, COO’s, CFO’s, CEO’s and CIO roles.
This qualification is suited for leaders who are:
- Motivated to apply new skills and behaviours to increase their organisational impact and work related improvements.
- Have a desire to develop their leadership skills and behaviours to make an impact on their organisation and personal goals.
- Would like to achieve a certified qualification.
Our courses are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and you can build on your own development by selecting the individual units that support your needs.
This apprenticeship aligns with the following professional recognition: Chartered Management Institute for Chartered Manager (Mgr MCMI) or Chartered Fellow (Mgr FCMI) individual member grade and The Institute of Leadership for Management for Fellow member grade (FIoL).
During your qualification you will also receive complimentary access to The Institute of Leadership’s studying membership with access to research, knowledge as well as professional membership.
Duration: 18 months training plus 5 months for the end point assessment.
