An excellent tutor who delivers the Level 7 Leadership programme to a very high standard. His teaching is clear, engaging and well-structured, making complex leadership concepts easy to understand and apply in the workplace. He is knowledgeable, supportive and encourages critical thinking and professional development. I have gained valuable knowledge and confidence through his sessions and would highly recommend him.

I really enjoyed the latest master session on Strategic Data Analysis. The session helped pull together all the courses we have done and how they connect. Knowing the right type of data is really useful for becoming a good director, and being able to spot when data is right or wrong needs to be second nature. The session structure was very good, as it allowed people to voice their experience, concerns, and feedback on the topics covered. (ie it wasn't just death by PowerPoint). Also, the tutor explained how all sessions link to the spreadsheet she gave us, which has really helped me during the course and makes it easier to understand and see how they connect. I'm looking forward to completing the context statement and then part 2 of the session.
It has been an amazing and rewarding experience having Aruna as our tutor. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to help, while also demonstrating a high level of knowledge and professionalism in her teaching. What I particularly appreciate about Aruna is her ability to maintain the right balance between being approachable and being strict when necessary. She sets clear expectations and high standards, which encourages us to stay focused, disciplined, and committed to achieving our best. At the same time, she creates a supportive learning environment where we feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication have made a significant difference to our learning experience. She does not simply teach the course content; she provides valuable guidance and encouragement that help us develop both academically and professionally. Aruna is the kind of tutor and mentor that every student hopes to have. I am genuinely grateful for her support, guidance, and commitment throughout our learning journey.
The course has been incredibly helpful for me to progress my skills at managing my team and looking ahead strategically. At first the course context statements did seem quite overwhelming to me as the style was not what I have been used to, but the support and time the team, especially my tutor Aruna, has given me, has been invaluable to my confidence and ability in completing them. I am so grateful to Aruna and this course. I would recommend it to anyone.
I've been exceptionally happy with the guidance, care and overall support that Les has given so far on the apprenticeship. I have found his sessions engaging, clear and inspiring.

My overall experience has been positive. There was a slightly bumpy start with Deera Apprenticeship, as I initially found it challenging, but things improved as I progressed. i have no major issues or concerns at present,
Over all good, found the registration and all the services provided very confusing and at times not getting timely correspondence is not very helpful.
Jane is engaging, but does not read from slides which is handy as you feel like you are learning. The use of examples from real life and learners jobs helps make the theory stick and the quizzes at the end to reinforce knowledge is excellent.
