really interesting session, good pace and level of interaction with everyone. i really enjoy the style of training- short slide section/video and then group discussion/break out group discussion.

Another super helpful session with a good balance of reflection and practical skills to try out.

The course is well structured to approach leadership skills in smaller sections. I find it hard to join the pieces up in "real life" from previous sections - but that is due to pressure of work not the course. It would be great to have a timetable on the website outlining the running times so if we are squeezing things around the breaks (comfort breaks, feeding children, calling people back) we can plan ahead without breaking concentration in the sessions
