I think it may sometime be helpful to have scenarios ready for the breakout rooms, either by asking the delegates to bring examples of… or provide some by the facilitator. Time is wasted in the breakout rooms sometime by trying to think of examples in a short amount of time whilst still trying to get to know people. I also think is it more beneficial if we stay with the same groups through the session, this helps bring rapport and build on experiences. I really enjoyed today’s session, thank you :)

A fantastic and valuable course that I would most definitely recommend to colleagues. I feel I have learnt so much that I can take away in to practice. The videos and learning on fuse have also been relevant and beneficial. Easy to use.

Really good session with lots of insights and thoughts into how I am going to tackle an imminent large project and hopefully make it a success!!

Again, the day was well paced and structured. Paul is an excellent facilitator and ensures involvement from all members of the group equally. Nice combination of traditional training and smaller group based work/discussion

A really good session, with lots examples to use out side of the session. Lots of things to reflect on. It has made me stop and really think about how people perceive me.

Good session, very thought provoking. Fantastic to have head space to stop and reflect. I will use the tools and additional reading to review and reflect. I struggled with thinking of examples in real time today, likely overload

Some of the "thinking for yourself" pauses today seemed overlong Otherwise, a few strategies learnt to adopt in work
