Good conversations today and points for reflection. Looking at transactional analysis and effective engagement

very helpful- also really helpful to know how long the pre work was going to take- made it a lot less intimidating

Meaningful and relatable. I felt it challenges how the systems work and encourages how we can implement what we learnt in trainings to benefit organisations
