Educating, expository, attention to details, the class was quite interesting.
Most of enjoyable corse, very interesting and informative
Good content but too many participants. The trainer was unable to keep control of those on their phones, taking selfies and talking throughout the session. This was disruptive. The venue failed to provide hot water for refreshments in the afternoon and we were told that milk was only for the morning class. Thankfully this did eventually turn up but no more hot water! No windows in the venue and very noisy with footsteps above.
