Just had biscuit with hot drink A bread as previous would have been nice.

The course was interesting, but the trainer was rude arrongant and too loud. He calls people he likes by their names and does not care about the rest of the group?

Trainer very rude and abrupt. Poor welcome and manners. Very disrespectful to many of us. Very poor trainer in terms of people skills.

Trainer Paul, made the training experience relaxed & a nice friendly manner & voice ,which made the training easy to understand & he made one feel comfortable & happy during the course & made sure everyone was listening & understood what was said .thank you Paul
