It was interesting, excellent practical training with the tutor, fantastic training, educational and add to my experience,I really enjoyed the course's with the tutor given a lot of examples and ask many questions from us to make sure we understand
The training was well organised and informative and engaging
I found the face-to-face CSTF training course to be very informative, engaging, and well organised. The content was relevant to my role and was presented in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, with practical examples that helped reinforce the learning. The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged participation throughout the session. They explained the topics clearly, answered questions thoroughly, and created a relaxed and supportive learning environment. I left the course feeling more confident in recognising and responding to CPR , manual handling and fire risks. Overall, it was an excellent training session, and I would highly recommend it.
